Jeff King serves as founding principal of Kingston Bay Senior Living LLC.

As a founder, president, responsible managing officer and general partner, Mr. King runs successful businesses in residential real estate development, construction and marketing of apartments for seniors. These senior housing development communities include assisted-living and single-family home subdivisions.

Since 1993, Mr. King formed and directed for 16 ground-up projects valued at $175,000,000 as a part of King Senior Housing. He is also a California licensed general contractor and real estate broker.

In addition to his leadership role at King Senior Housing, Mr. King served as president of Silver Oak Land Company for 17 years where he focused on building and developing various real estate subdivisions in Fresno, California.

Born and raised in Fresno, Mr. King holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences from California State, Fresno. He remains active in the community. Mr. King serves on the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)’s 50+ Housing Council. He is a member of the International Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing (IAHSA), the California Assisted Living Association, and the Fresno Madera Permanent Supportive Housing Committee. He is a committee member of Continuum of Care (SHIA Grant Review) and a board member of Clovis Rotary Club.
