Corey File serves as managing partner of Kingston Bay Senior Living LLC.

Mr. File was formerly an acquisitions manager with one of the largest privately held shopping center operators in the nation, Westwood Financial Corp (Los Angeles). His broad responsibilities included site acquisitions and financial analysis. While at Westwood, Mr. File coordinated and managed the acquisition of shopping centers with combined value at acquisition in excess of $225,000,000.

After returning to Fresno, Mr. File served as land acquisitions and entitlements manager for a major central California home builder. Mr. File subsequently became president of a multifaceted real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in real estate investment analysis and consulting. In this position, Mr. File leveraged his extensive experience in financial analysis and investment consulting for private investment groups.

Mr. File was born and raised in Clovis, California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA and is a licensed California real estate broker. Mr. File serves on Hope Now for Youth‘s Board of Directors, a Fresno-based, non-profit organization.
